Expertise particularly relates to palynology, palynostratigraphy and palaeoecological interpretations  of Palaeogene-Neogene sediments of Meghalaya, Assam, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Quaternary  sediments (Central Narmada Valley), Madhya Pradesh.
At present working on the DST Project entitled" Analysis of palaeovegetation and palaeoclimate of hominin bearing Quaternary sediments of Central Narmada  Valley, M. P. (SR/S4/ES-138-2005).
