All participants are required to complete the registration process to attend AsianDendro 2019. Only after we receive the payment of required registration fees (as per categories below), your registration to attend the conference will be confirmed. The details of the registration fee for various categories of participants are given below in details.

Complete the registration form [registration form] and duly attach and send to the email asiandendro2019@bsip.res.in before the closing date. The file should be named as NameSurname of registered participant with suffix _ADC2019reg-form (Example: SantoshShah_ADC2019reg-form)

Participants attending AsianDendro 2019 may join the membership of Asian Dendrochronological Association (ADA) by paying additional 20 US$ as membership fee of ADA when registering for the conference (optional). This amount can also be paid during the conference. The membership is valid for 1 year i.e., year 2020.

Participants from non-LDC countries
Students: 200 US$
Professionals: 250 US$
Accompanying person: 200 US$

Participants from India and LDC countries (Please see LDCs list)
Students: 150 US$
Professionals: 200 US$
Accompanying person: 150 US$

Vendors: 300 US$

All registration fees include conference materials, abstract volume, tea/coffee breaks, lunch breaks, banquet dinner and mid-conference city tour.
